The Indonesian government will build itself into a powerful maritime fulcrum. At the same time, it has continuously improved and optimized the service measures for attracting investment, and issued a series of relevant policies and regulations to encourage and stimulate economic development. The introduction of the "Comprehensive Employment Law" in 2020 has opened up more and wider investment areas to foreign capital and lowered the entry threshold. It also allows more qualified companies with leading technology and management experience to join the current economic and social construction in Indonesia.
As the most important partner country along the "Belt and Road", Indonesia attaches great importance to cooperation with China. China has been Indonesia's largest international trade partner for ten consecutive years. Nanhai District is a district under the jurisdiction of Foshan City, Guangdong Province, with an area of 1,071.55 square kilometers and a permanent population of 3.655 million (2022). In 2022, Nanhai District achieved a regional GDP of 373.059 billion yuan.
Liang Guixiong said that Nanhai District and Indonesian Chinese Entrepreneur Association have established a good friendship. Although the land area of Nanhai District is not large, it has created great value.
