Zhang Jinxiong said that in recent years, along with the construction of democratic reforms in Indonesia, the current Indonesia, social stability, and steady economic development. Indonesia has been maintaining its average annual growth rate of GDP of more than 5% for ten consecutive years. Indonesia is the fourth largest population country in the world with a population of more than 260 million. At the same time, Indonesia has a well-developed population. Among them, domestic investment was 241 trillion dong, an increase of 24.1% year-on-year; foreign investment was 293 trillion dong (21.19 billion US dollars), down 7.8% year-on-year. China's investment in Indonesia totaled 3.47 billion US dollars, including 1.38 billion in mainland China, 1.64 billion in Hong Kong, 6.7 billion in Singapore, 3.75 billion in Japan and 1.37 billion in South Korea. China has become the third largest in Indonesia. The country of origin of the investment, and the most important bilateral trading partner.
At present, the relationship between Indonesia and China is in the best period of history. The two countries have continuously exchanged visits and cooperation in the economic and cultural fields has become increasingly close.
